I then checked the net and saw this.

The Killers' Asian tour cancelled

ACCORDING to SISTIC, The Killers "have been forced to cancel" their upcoming Asian tour - set to play in Seoul, Beijing, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Tokyo - "due to unforeseen circumstances".

SISTIC also said that The Killers "deeply apologizes to their fans and hopes to reschedule their shows in these cities soon."

They were set to perform at the Singapore Indoor Stadium this Sunday on January 24, 2010.

In the meanwhile, full refunds - inclusive of the S$3 SISTIC booking fees - will be made through the original mode of payment.

For credit card purchases, refunds will be automatically credited back to the same card.

For those who purchased tickets with cash or NETS, they can present the physical tickets together with their NRIC/passport/FIN card at the SISTIC box office at Singapore Indoor Stadium.

However, those who purchased tickets from SISTIC's overseas Authorised Agents should contact them directly for further details.

It remains unclear if The Killers will still tour four major cities in Australia next month. Guitarist Dave Keuning has earlier revealed to The Sydney Morning Herald that the band will go on hiatus after that, citing burnout as the reason.
